Kent has been working with local Occupational Therapists and providers to assist those in need with Home Modifications in the Clarence Valley for close to 20 years. The Down River Building team are experienced in working with My Aged Care packages as well as NDIS Packages. We can undertake full bathroom renovations, the building of permanent and semi permanent ramps and the installation of grab rails.
Our office staff provide a one on one service with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are kept up to date with our scheduling for their project.
