New Build - The Vere

The Vere is a modern four-bedroom home thoughtfully designed as the ultimate family holiday retreat. Created to bring everyone together, the layout centres around open, welcoming living spaces that encourage connection, relaxation and easy coastal living.

Built with a timber frame and finished with a combination of Colorbond and timber-look Coen cladding, the home blends contemporary style with warmth and durability. The open-plan design has been carefully oriented to beautifully capture the cool ocean breezes Iluka is known for, keeping the home light, airy and comfortable year-round.

Practicality was key in every decision, with easy-to-clean flooring selected to handle the sand and salt that naturally come with beachside living. The result is a low-maintenance, family-friendly home that’s perfectly suited to relaxed holidays by the coast.

The hammmond - renovation of 1980's duplex

 Iluka Duplex Transformation

Once a dated 1981 asbestos-clad duplex, this property has been completely transformed into a modern, asbestos-free dual residence designed for contemporary coastal living. The redevelopment delivers a spacious three-bedroom home positioned privately at the rear, alongside a well-appointed two-bedroom residence at the front—ideal for rental income, extended family, or use as a granny flat.

Both homes feature open-plan living and generous entertaining areas, with clean, modern lines throughout. Polished original timber floors have been retained and paired with soft, neutral tones to create warmth while firmly bringing the property into the modern era.

The Marandowie extension

 The Marandowie Extension - addition of 91m2

The Marandowie Extension has transformed what was once a small Iluka beach home into a generous, modern family living space designed to grow with its owners. Thoughtfully planned to enhance both functionality and comfort, the extension introduced two new bedrooms, a contemporary bathroom, a dedicated laundry and a deck perfectly positioned for relaxed coastal enjoyment.

Hardwood timber features are a defining element of the build, with the internal staircase and flooring adding natural warmth, texture and character throughout the home. The ashby Pavilion - corten steel clad

Built as a striking extension to an existing home in Ashby, The Pavilion was designed to be both bold and inviting. Clad in Corten steel, the exterior is intended to naturally rust and colourise over time, creating an ever-evolving façade that adds character and texture as it ages. Bright yellow entry doors introduce a playful touch, ensuring the pavilion brings a sense of fun and individuality to its surroundings.

Inside, a large tiled living space provides a versatile area for gathering and entertaining, complemented by a conveniently located powder room to comfortably accommodate guests. The result is a welcoming, contemporary extension that celebrates creativity, durability and a space designed to be enjoyed by all who visit.

Bathroom Renovations

We love getting our teeth into a bathroom renovation—there’s nothing better than transforming a tired, dated space into a calm and relaxing retreat within the home. Our Project Coordinator, Kourtney, works closely with each client to guide them through the process, from initial ideas through to the finished result, ensuring every detail is carefully considered.

With updated waterproofing standards now in place, bathrooms require a high level of expertise and precision. From compliant waterproofing and correct tile falls to carefully planned plumbing and drainage, every stage is critical. That’s why it’s essential these works are undertaken by a suitably licensed Contractor (a licensed Builder or holder of a Kitchen, Bathroom Laundry License)—ensuring the renovation not only looks beautiful, but is completed correctly, compliantly and built to perform for years to come.
